I am providing my recipe for country ribs. I have so many people that request these ribs when they're coming over to eat and they would certainly not be the same without Bone Suckin' Sauce!
You'll Need:
1 family pack of country ribs
3 tbsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 jar of Bone Suckin' Sauce
3 tbsp. EVOO
2 cloves of garlic (not heads)
Instructions:
Sprinkle Montreal Steak Seasoning all over the ribs. Heat the EVOO in a frying pan, add the garlic and then sauté the ribs until brown on all four sides (add more oil as needed). Once all four sides of each rib are browned, put in an oven safe pan, add ½ cup of water to the pan, pour the Bone Suckin' Sauce generously on the ribs and cover with a lid or tight tin foil and cook on 400 degrees for two hours. Check for tenderness. If the ribs are not falling apart, cook on 350 degrees for an extra hour or until tender. Once the ribs have tenderized, remove the lid and pour Bone Suckin' Sauce over them again and broil for 2 - 5 minutes. Note: For extra flavor, sauté fresh sliced tomatoes, onions and green peppers in with the ribs. I use the juice off of the ribs to make rice. Thanks for allowing me to share this wonderful recipe! Enjoy! Valarie
