Bone Suckin' Low Country Boil
Water, 6 qts.
Bone Suckin' Seasoning Rub, 1/2 cup
Bone Suckin' Habanero Sauce, 1/8 cup
New Red Potatoes, 3 lbs
Smoked Kielbasa, 3 lbs
Corn, 12 ears, husked, cleaned, and halved
Large Fresh Shrimp, 4 lbs unpeeled
Bring water, Bone Suckin' Seasoning Rub and Habanero Sauce to a rolling boil.
Add potatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Add sausage and cook for 5 minutes more. Add corn and cook another 5 minutes. Stir in shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink, about 5 minutes. Drain immediately and serve.
