Bone Suckin' Chicken Kabobs
Ingredients:
Bone Suckin' Hot or Reg Sauce, 1 jar
Chicken Breast, boneless/skinless 3
Bell Pepper, seeded, quartered, 2
Red Onions quartered, 2
Mushroom (large white button) 8oz
Zucchini, sliced about 1 1/2 inch thick and cut in half, 1
Wooden Skewers (soaked in water for about 1/2 hour), 4 or more
Bone Suckin' Hot or Reg Sauce, 1 jar

Directions:
Cut the chicken breast into large cubes and place in plastic container or re-sealable bag and pour at least a 1/2 cup Bone Suckin' Sauce over the chicken and refrigerate at least an hour before cooking (best to soak overnight).
Assembling the skewers: start with the vegetables and then slide a piece of chicken on the skewer alternating chicken, vegetable. Place on a hot grill and coat with the Bone Suckin' Thick/Hot Sauce, turning every few minutes to cook everything evenly, this should take about 20 minutes. Be creative and pick vegetables that are in season and that you love. The secret to this recipe is in the Bone Suckin' Sauce and letting it marinate overnight.
