Roger's Rajun Chix Salad
When ever we have left over chix or turkey we usually make a salad of some sort. I have found by just adding a couple of tablespoons of Bone Suckin' Sauce to your favorite chix salad or turkey salad gives them new life. I never eat plain chix anymore. As a matter of fact I find the small bottles very convenient. Thanks for the wonderful sauce. We have several cook-outs at my home all spring, summer and even fall, and everyone asks "Are we havin' Bone Suckin'?" I simply always respond "We're Talkin' Serious"

Blue's Mountain Grilled Trout (My ol Pal Blue)
You will need:
BLUE'S MOUNTAIN GRILLED TROUT (or any other fish you like)
A Chunk-O-Fish (fresh ifn you can catch em)
A Chunk-O-Butter
A Dash n a Pinch-O-Tarragon
A Dash n a Pinch-O-Salt n Pepper
A Jar-O-Hot - (AKA Necture from the Gods)
If you are a real man you will cook your fish with the head on. Plus a whole fish on the grill has a built-in cookin monitor, the eye. When it is time to flip em, the eye turns white. Kind of handy. I always remember that when the fish quits looking at me it is time to flip em. Now I don't want to give away all my secrets but here is the best way to do your fish. Make a bed for your fish with aluminum foil. Put some hunks of butter in the bottom, along with fresh tarragon, salt n pepper. Now slap in your whole fish, steak, filet, etc. Add salt n pepper and pour some over your fish. Let that baby cook on a medium hot grill. When the eye turns white flip em and add some -. If you got a steak or just part of your fish you will have to guess when to flip em. Don't worry, your fish won't dry out, it's swimmin in . When your fish is almost done, remove it from the foil and place it right on the grill (Remove skin on whole fish before doing so, it will come off real easy now). Now slap a little more - on your fish so it can cook in. Grill for a few minutes, flip, slap on some more -. Now sit down and eat. Make lots of Yummy noises while you enjoy. Yer pal, BLUE
