I am providing my recipe for country ribs. I have so many people that request these ribs when they're coming over to eat and they would certainly not be the same without Bone Suckin' Sauce!

You'll Need:
1 family pack of country ribs
3 tbsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 jar of Bone Suckin' Sauce
3 tbsp. EVOO
2 cloves of garlic (not heads)

Instructions:
Sprinkle Montreal Steak Seasoning all over the ribs. Heat the EVOO in a frying pan, add the garlic and then sauté the ribs until brown on all four sides (add more oil as needed). Once all four sides of each rib are browned, put in an oven safe pan, add ½ cup of water to the pan, pour the Bone Suckin' Sauce generously on the ribs and cover with a lid or tight tin foil and cook on 400 degrees for two hours. Check for tenderness. If the ribs are not falling apart, cook on 350 degrees for an extra hour or until tender. Once the ribs have tenderized, remove the lid and pour Bone Suckin' Sauce over them again and broil for 2 - 5 minutes. Note: For extra flavor, sauté fresh sliced tomatoes, onions and green peppers in with the ribs. I use the juice off of the ribs to make rice. Thanks for allowing me to share this wonderful recipe! Enjoy! Valarie

Blue's Mountain Grilled Trout (My ol Pal Blue)

You will need:
BLUE'S MOUNTAIN GRILLED TROUT (or any other fish you like)
A Chunk-O-Fish (fresh ifn you can catch em)
A Chunk-O-Butter
A Dash n a Pinch-O-Tarragon
A Dash n a Pinch-O-Salt n Pepper
A Jar-O-Hot - (AKA Necture from the Gods)

If you are a real man you will cook your fish with the head on. Plus a whole fish on the grill has a built-in cookin monitor, the eye. When it is time to flip em, the eye turns white. Kind of handy. I always remember that when the fish quits looking at me it is time to flip em. Now I don't want to give away all my secrets but here is the best way to do your fish. Make a bed for your fish with aluminum foil. Put some hunks of butter in the bottom, along with fresh tarragon, salt n pepper. Now slap in your whole fish, steak, filet, etc. Add salt n pepper and pour some over your fish. Let that baby cook on a medium hot grill. When the eye turns white flip em and add some -. If you got a steak or just part of your fish you will have to guess when to flip em. Don't worry, your fish won't dry out, it's swimmin in . When your fish is almost done, remove it from the foil and place it right on the grill (Remove skin on whole fish before doing so, it will come off real easy now). Now slap a little more - on your fish so it can cook in. Grill for a few minutes, flip, slap on some more -. Now sit down and eat. Make lots of Yummy noises while you enjoy. Yer pal, BLUE
