Bone Suckin’ Squirrel & Venison Brunswick Stew
Ingredients:
Bone Suckin’ Sauce, 1 cup

Big Chunks Salsa, 1 Jar
Buy Now
Venison, 2lbs cut into 1” cubes
Grey Squirrel, 2 cut into quarters
Medium size potatoes, 4 diced
Whole Green Beans, 15 oz. can or frozen
Lima Beans, 15 oz. can or frozen
Okra, 15 oz. can or frozen
Garden Peas with Mushrooms, 15 oz. can
Corn, 15 oz can or frozen
Low Sodium V-8 Juice, 1.5 cup
Directions: Preheat Dutch Oven

Place squirrel and venison in Dutch oven with enough water to cover the meat. Cook until meat is tender. Remove meat from water. Remove squirrel from bone and return to water. Shred venison and return to water. Bring back to a simmer. Add vegetables in the order listed above, but at 10 minute intervals.
Add Big Chunks Salsa and Bone Suckin’ Sauce. Let mixture come back to a simmer. It’s ready! To expand the recipe, you can multiply the ingredients or you can add additional canned items such as potatoes, okra, lima beans, carrots, mushrooms or additional V-8. Servings: 8-10
