| Directions: Brown the ground beef, onions and celery in a large chili pot. Add all other ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes and serve. If you like thinner chili, add 1 cup of water. Serves 10-12 people. Suggested Toppings: Chives, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream! Added Heat: 1 Tablespoon Hiccuppin’ Hot Sauce Vegetarian Chili: Saute onions and celery with 2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil in the place of ground beef. |
