Bone Suckin’ Bear
For those Bear Hunters out there.

Ingredients:
Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub, 4 T Buy Now
Bone Suckin’ Sauce, 2 cups
Buy Now
Apple cider vinegar, ½ cup
Bear roast, 3 lbs.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Lightly coat roast with Bone Suckin’ Rib Seasoning & Rub. Place roast in roasting pan and cook at 350 degrees for one hour or until well done. Remove roast from oven and slice thin.
In cast iron skillet, warm 1 cup Bone Suckin’ Sauce and ½ cup vinegar. Add meat to the skillet, bring to a simmer, cover and let simmer for an hour.
Use additional cup of Bone Suckin’ Sauce for dipping. Servings: 3-5
