Bone Suckin’ Yaki Venison Steak
Ingredients:
Bone Suckin’ Yaki, 1 cup

Honey, 1 tablespoon
Ground Ginger, ½ 1 teaspoon
Venison Loin Steaks, 4
Directions: Preheat grill to medium heat

Place steaks in a re-sealable plastic bag. Mix the Bone Suckin’ Yaki, honey and ginger well and pour over the steaks.

Marinate the steaks in the refrigerator for at least four hours, turning several times.
Place steaks on grill over pan with water in it. Cook with medium to high heat to desired degree of doneness. Do not overcook. If you do not use a water pan, try to have 5-6 inches between flame and steaks. Servings: 4.
