These grills are not assembly line, cookie cutter grills. In the Carolina's, most pig cookers are made out of old drums and second hand steel. Ours are made out of brand new, heavy gauge steel and each grill is carefully hand made to the highest standards. Made to be able to easily feed a family reunion or a large group of friends all at one time! Carolina's Favorite Backyard Grills are guaranteed to give you hours of cooking satisfaction! With a little practice, these grills will yield some of the best tasting food ever cooked! There is also plenty of room on these grills. These two models will hold approx. 25 racks of baby back pork ribs, 34 chicken halves or a 120-pound pig. The main burners are covered by shields to prevent flare-ups. Once you adjust the temperature to the right level, you can relax and let the grill cook! Because these are so easy, efficient and fun to use, this is by far "Carolina's Favorite Backyard Grill"

| Testomonial "That grill is GREAT!!! It has cooked everything from pig to pheasant and lobster to lamb. The constant temperature inside the grill and the unique way it is able to bake things made it possible for us to bake a batch of brownies, which to our surprise, came out wonderful. I have several pictures that I plan on sending your way, in ways which we have used things on the grill. Anyway, it looks like business is doing great and we will be looking into purchasing another grill from you very soon. Maybe by May, if business continues the way it has been.
Your Bone Suckin' Sauce is awesomely mighty tasty! I have used it on several different items. It goes well with venison and venison burgers, rabbit, duck, elk, and goose. Just to mention a few. I was able to use the Bone Suckin' Sauce in several different ways to enhance the flavoring of the different game meats. I will try to compile a list of the different recipes and send them out to you so you and your customers can try them."

You will find many ways to enjoy your new grill. One of the tricks you may want to try is adding smoke to your cooking. Soak 6 to 12 pieces of hickory or oak overnight and lean them against the burners in the bottom of the grill. They will smoke and burn slowly adding a terrific flavor to your cooking
|
|
|
| 1. Place the pig on the grill skin side down |
| 2. Raise grill temperature to 275 degrees |
| 3. Cook the pig 1 hour for every 15 pounds |
| 4. One hour before serving, punch holes in the skin to let excess grease and juice run out and sauce it up! |
