Product coding is found in generally the same location all of our products which is just above the labels. It is an inkjet stamp using the Julian Dating Code. The format will be as follows: 0823207 The first two numbers signify the month the product was bottled. In this example the first two numbers are 08. This product was bottled in August. The next three numbers signify the day of the year. In this example the next three numers are 232.  This product was bottled the 232 day of the year. The next two numbers are the year. In this example the next two numbers are 07. This signifies the year in which the product was bottled. So with all of this dating knowledge you will note that the product bearing the Julian Dating Code of 0823207 was actually bottled August 9, 2007.

Now we have to know how long the product is good from date to actually know something. Below are the products "Shelf Life." Shelf Life means how long the product is good from the day it is bottled.
