| Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix 1 cup Bone Suckin’ Sauce, ½ cup Bone Suckin’ Mustard and 1 cup vinegar, stir well. Place chops in gallon size plastic bag and add sauce mixture and marinade overnight or 8 hours prior to cooking.
Place chops and marinade in 9 x 13 (3 qt.) casserole dish. Cover with foil and place in 350 degree oven. Mix remaining 1 cup of Bone Suckin Sauce and ½ cup Bone Suckin Mustard and set aside. Cook chops for 1 hour or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Pour off liquid; baste chops with remaining Bone Suckin Sauce and Bone Suckin Mustard mixture. Cook uncovered until temperature reaches 170 degrees. Servings: 6-8
